is someone I admire. Someone I look up to, respect, and love. Her strength as an individual out shines the dull burn of others that clone and cling to fashion trends of pop-culture and hipsterism alike. Her will to push on as an artist in a world where modern culture (often family more-so) feeds us the ideal of 9-5 jobs is inspiring. Jodee embodies everything you learned in after-school cartoons that encouraged you to use your imagination and believe in yourself, which when applied works well; every magazine spread, news paper article, blog feature, video, and sold piece of art is a product of that thought pattern and years of hard, self motivated work. I’ve been fortunate enough to get to know her strengths and flaws, and for that I am grateful. There is no way I could capture the intangible beauty I see spew from within her, but I can try.
